I have a medium and an xxl size in these. They are both great. I travel pretty light, so the medium size is great for this as it is more minimalist and lightweight, just big enough to dry you after a shower and wrap around you (just). However, on a recent trek camping and hiking around Iceland, with all the thermal pools there, I realised how much better it would have been to have a really big towel. So I got the xxl. Now that I have bought the really big one, I think I prefer it. It is bigger to pack (the pouch it comes in is twice the size) and slightly heavier, of course, so if size and pack weight is a concern, choose the smallest size you need. Overall, however, they are both compact and lightweight for their size, quick drying and absorb plenty of water. The big one is a great alternative to a beach towel when you want to save space and weight in the bag, and are on the move and need to be able to dry it quickly. The handy loop makes it easy to hang and the size of it makes it a nice wind block when you are coming out of outside water as well. The smaller sizes are great for a minimalist traveller who just wants to dry off from the shower and needs something small, compact and effective. I'm happy with both purchases, but I do now like the bigger size better, in hindsight. Pro tip: give it a wash in the machine before you use it - as after a wash or two this will soften it up and make it more water absorbing and cushy on your travels.

I liked how you just dab your skin with this towel & your skin is dry: No more ferocious rubbing with a cotton towel. For a large towel it's very compact, even after being used to dry you. The wee carry case that comes with it is a useful bonus & its trim is colour coded to match the colour of towel you purchased. I like that!

This is a great towel for on the go to hiking, gym and travelling. It's so compact and lightweight and what's more the little carrier bag is conventional and a great organiser. It clearly does what it states on the product description and I would recommend it.

Bought the bath towel size. My husband uses his for regular swimming as it dries so quickly. Washes well and easily fits back into the case. Great for holidays as takes up very little room and big enough to lie on.
